Journal Article 1404/10/01 <p><strong>Objective: </strong>The present study aimed to develop a health-based talent identification model for Iranian students through comparing the talent management model of gifted students in the educational systems of Iran and Canada.</p> <p><strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> This study employed a descriptive mixed-methods design consisting of qualitative and quantitative phases. In the qualitative phase, the educational systems of Iran and Canada were examined using purposive sampling, and Canada was selected due to its advanced educational indicators. Data were collected through document analysis and content analysis. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included gifted students studying in Sampad schools in Tehran who were selected through multistage cluster sampling. The extracted components were then used to develop a questionnaire, and exploratory factor analysis, second-order confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted to validate the proposed model.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The findings demonstrated that the scientific foundations of gifted education in Canada consisted of 58 indicators, 9 categories, and 4 major themes. Exploratory factor analysis identified nine major factors, including multidimensional dynamics, independence-based enrichment, assessment and identification through tests, special facilities, special education programs, competitions, independence in talent identification, participatory talent identification, and talent monitoring, which together explained 94.52% of the total variance. Model fit indices also indicated an acceptable fit (RMSEA=0.039, CFI=0.97, GFI=0.96). Among the identified factors, independence in talent identification and talent monitoring showed the highest factor loadings.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings suggest that a health-based talent management model for gifted education should emphasize multidimensional talent identification, learner autonomy, parental and teacher participation, enrichment programs, special educational services, and continuous talent monitoring. Adapting successful experiences from the Canadian educational system may contribute to improving the quality of gifted education and fostering the development of talented students in Iran.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی استعداد‌یابی مبتنی بر سلامت برای دانش‌آموزان ایران از طریق مقایسه الگوی مدیریت استعدادهای دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش در نظام آموزشی ایران و کانادا بود.</p> <p><strong>مواد و روش: </strong>پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمی) و با رویکرد توصیفی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، نظام‌های آموزشی ایران و کانادا با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و کانادا به دلیل برخورداری از شاخص‌های پیشرفته آموزشی و پرورشی انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا و سندکاوی استخراج شدند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان مدارس سمپاد شهر تهران بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه پژوهش بر اساس مؤلفه‌های استخراج‌شده تدوین شد و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه دوم و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد مبانی علمی آموزش دانش‌آموزان تیزهوش در کانادا شامل 58 شاخص، 9 مقوله و 4 مضمون اصلی است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد 9 عامل شامل پویایی چندبعدی، غنی‌سازی مبتنی بر استقلال، ارزیابی و شناسایی مبتنی بر آزمون‌ها، تسهیلات خاص، آموزش‌های ویژه، برگزاری مسابقات، استقلال در شناسایی استعدادها، استعدادیابی مشارکتی و دیده‌بانی استعدادها در مجموع 94/52 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین کردند. همچنین شاخص‌های برازش مدل از مطلوبیت بالایی برخوردار بودند (RMSEA=0.039، CFI=0.97، GFI=0.96). در بین عوامل، استقلال در شناسایی استعدادها و دیده‌بانی استعدادها بالاترین بار عاملی را داشتند.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی مدیریت استعداد مبتنی بر سلامت در نظام آموزشی تیزهوشان باید بر شناسایی چندبعدی استعدادها، تقویت خودمختاری، مشارکت والدین و معلمان، آموزش‌های ویژه، غنی‌سازی آموزشی و دیده‌بانی مستمر استعدادها استوار باشد. بهره‌گیری از تجارب موفق نظام آموزشی کانادا می‌تواند زمینه ارتقای کیفیت آموزش تیزهوشان و توسعه استعدادهای دانش‌آموزان ایرانی را فراهم سازد.</p> https://quarterlyecp.com/index.php/ecp/article/download/436/255
