Participants were selected using a purposive sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of mothers was determined according to the principle of saturation. Data were collected through interviews with mothers. The data obtained from the literature review were analyzed using the thematic analysis method (2019).</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>The results of the thematic analysis indicated the following components: (1) fundamental principles of wise parenting (with organizing codes including perceiving children as a trust and understanding parenting as a divine duty), (2) parenting content (with organizing codes including parenting for difficult situations and parenting for daily life), (3) components of wise parenting (with organizing codes including the meaning of parenting, parenting values, and parenting goals), (4) parenting methods (with organizing codes including behavioral, social, and communicational methods), and (5) characteristics of a wise parent (with organizing codes including intrapersonal and interpersonal characteristics). The training package was developed using the method of Yusefi and Golparvar (2023), with the identified categories incorporated into the training sessions. The package underwent content validation by university faculty members.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results indicated that this training package possesses content validity and can be utilized for training wise parenting for adolescent girls.</p> <p>هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین بسته آموزشی والدگری خردمندانه نوجوانان بود. محیط این پژوهش کلیه­ی مادران دارای نوجوان خردمند بود. روش انتخاب شرکت کنندگان به روش هدف‌مند از بین مادران مذکوربر اساس ملاک­های ورود و خروج بود. ملاک تعداد مادران بر اساس رعایت اصل اشباع بود. روش گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه با مادران بود. داده­های حاصل از بررسی متون به کمک روش تحلیل مضمون (2019) تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل مضون نشان داد که که عبارت بودند از: 1)اصول زبربنایی والدگری خردمندانه (با کدهای سازمان دهنده درک فرزندان به عنوان یک امانت، درک والدگری به عنوان یک وظیفه الهی)، محتوای والدگری (با کدهای سازمان دهنده والدگری برای شرایط دشوار و والدگری برای زندگی روزمره) 3) ترکیبات والدگری خردمندانه (با کدهای سازمان دهنده معنای والدگری، ارزش­های والدگری، اهداف والدگری) 4) روش های والدگری (با کدهای سازمان دهنده روش های رفتاری، اجتماعی و ارتباطی) و 5) ویژگی­های والدخردمند (با کدهای سازمان دهنده ویژگی­های درون فردی و ویژگی­های بین فردی). به منظور تدوین بسته از روش یوسفی و گل­پرور (2023) استفاده شد و مقولات در جلسات آموزشی جایگزاری شد و بسته توسط اساتید دانشگاه اعتبار محتوایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد این بسته  آموزشی از اعتبار محتوایی برخوردار است و می­توان از آن برای آموزش والدگری خردمندانه برای نوجوانان دختر استفاده کرد.</p> https://quarterlyecp.com/index.php/ecp/article/download/44/41
