تدوین بسته آموزشی هوش کلامی و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر بهبود حل تعارضات زناشویی و سازگاری زناشویی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین بسته آموزشی هوش کلامی و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر حل تعارضات زناشویی و سازگاری زناشویی بود.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته و طرح اکتشافی متوالی در دو بخش کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۲ زوج دارای تعارضات زناشویی و ۱۵ متخصص روانشناسی خانواده انجام گرفت و دادهها با روش تحلیل مضمون کلایزی تحلیل شدند. حاصل تحلیل، شناسایی شش مقوله اصلی شامل عوامل روانی–ارتباطی، عملکرد ارتباطی، زمینههای فرهنگی–اقتصادی، عوامل مداخلهگر، راهبردهای مقابلهای و پیامدها بود که مبنای تدوین بسته آموزشی ده جلسهای قرار گرفت. روایی محتوایی بسته با استفاده از شاخصهای CVR و CVI و نظر ۱۵ متخصص تأیید شد. در بخش کمی، از طرح نیمهآزمایشی پیشآزمون–پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دوماهه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل ۲۴ زوج دارای تعارض زناشویی در شهر تهران بود که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی ثنایی (۱۳۸۷) و مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر (۱۹۷۶) بود.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اجرای بسته آموزشی هوش کلامی منجر به کاهش معنادار تعارضات زناشویی و افزایش معنادار سازگاری زناشویی در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد و این اثرات در مرحله پیگیری دوماهه نیز پایدار ماند. آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (MANOVA) و اندازهگیری مکرر، تفاوت معنیداری میان میانگین نمرات پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری را تأیید کردند (001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از آن است که بسته آموزشی هوش کلامی طراحیشده میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله مؤثر در بهبود ارتباطات کلامی، کاهش تعارضات و افزایش سازگاری زناشویی مورد استفاده مشاوران و درمانگران خانواده قرار گیرد.
