نقش انگ اجتماعی در خودپنداره: یک مرور نظام­مند

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با بررسی شواهد علمی مرتبط با این پدیده، تحلیل تأثیر آن بر خودپنداره افراد و ارائه راهکارهای کابردی انجام شده است.

مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعۀ مروری نظام­مند بود که بر اساس دستورالعمل­های PRISMA انجام شده است. برای به حداکثر رساندن جامعیت جستجو از کلید واژه­های فارسی (انگ، انگ اجتماعی، خودپنداره) و معادل­های انگلیسی (Stigma, Social stigma, self-concept) و با عملگرهای AND و OR استفاده شد. مقالات منتشر شده از سال 2005 تا 25 فوریه 2025 در بانک­های اطلاعاتی الکترونیکی فارسی زبان از جملهMagiran, Sid, Medilib  و ISC و بانک­های اطلاعاتی بین­الملی Pubmed, Web of science, Springer و موتور جستجوگر Google Scholar بررسی شدند. همچنین از چک لیست 22 جنبه­ای STROBE جهت ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات استفاده شد. در این پژوهش از مجموع 30 مقاله، 6 مطالعه با کیفیت مناسب وارد فرایند مرور نظام­مند شدند. بر اساس چک لیست PRISMA تمامی مراحل روش تحقیق از جمله جستجو، بررسی مقالات، استخراج داده­های مورد نیاز صورت گرفت. همچنین ارزیابی کیفی توسط دو نفر از پژوهشگران به صورت کاملأ مستقل از هم انجام شد و در نهایت توافق نتایج تحت یک ناظر سوم به صورت گروهی حاصل گردید.

یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که انگ اجتماعی تأثیر عمیقی بر خودپنداره افراد دارد و می­تواند به کاهش عزت­نفس، خودکارآمدی و افزایش خودانگ­زنی منجر شود.

نتیجه­گیری: این یافته­ها بر لزوم طراحی و اجرای مداخلاتی برای کاهش انگ و حمایت از افراد در معرض این پدیده تأکید دارند.
