تدوین الگوی بومی خانواده شاد بر اساس روانشناسی مثبت نگر

هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تدوین الگوی بومی خانواده شاد مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبت نگر انجام شد.
مواد و روش: پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی بود که با استفاده از نظریه دادهها صورت گرفت. برای تدوین الگوی بومی خانواده شاد مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبت نگر از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. 15 نفر از خبرگان، کارشناسان حوزه خانواده، اساتید و پزشکان متخصص در حوزه روانپزشکی، روانشناسی و مشاوره، جهت تدوین مصاحبه بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به کمک روش داده بنیاد و تحلیل مضمون استخراج شاخصها انجام شد.
یافتهها: تکنیک دلفی در دو مرحله منجر به تأیید 151 شاخص شد که در قالب 5 مؤلفه اصلی شامل تابآوری، خود مدیریتی، معنای زندگی، ارتباطات خانوادگی مثبت و پیامدها دستهبندی گردید.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین، نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که تدوین الگوی بومی خانواده شاد بر اساس روانشناسی مثبت نگر میتواند به تقویت تابآوری و بهبود ارتباطات خانوادگی کمک کند. این یافتهها میتواند بهعنوان مبنایی برای توسعه برنامههای مداخلهای در جهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی در جوامع مختلف مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
