پیش بینی نشاط ذهنی دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه بر اساس هویت تحصیلی و بهزیستی اجتماعی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی نشاط ذهنی دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه بر اساس هویت تحصیلی و بهزیستی اجتماعی بود. مواد و روش: این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از نوع پیشبینی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر پایه دوم متوسطه مناطق 5 و 22 تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401–1402 بود. نمونهای 300 نفره با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای جمعآوری داده شامل پرسشنامههای نشاط ذهنی (رایان و فردریک)، هویت تحصیلی (واز و ایزاکسون) و بهزیستی اجتماعی (کیز) بود. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی ساده و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیلها نشان داد که هم هویت تحصیلی و هم بهزیستی اجتماعی پیشبینیکننده معنادار نشاط ذهنی دانشآموزان هستند (p < 0.001). بهزیستی اجتماعی با ضریب تعیین 0.55 و هویت تحصیلی با ضریب تعیین 0.10 بهطور جداگانه توانستند واریانس نشاط ذهنی را تبیین کنند، و مدل ترکیبی آنها 67 درصد از واریانس نشاط ذهنی را پیشبینی کرد (R² = 0.67). نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد که بهزیستی اجتماعی و هویت تحصیلی نقش مهمی در ارتقای نشاط ذهنی ایفا میکنند. تقویت احساس پیوستگی اجتماعی و ارتقای هویت تحصیلی میتواند منجر به افزایش نشاط ذهنی در دانشآموزان شود. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود که سیاستهای آموزشی و برنامههای مدرسهای بر توسعه مؤلفههای اجتماعی و هویتی متمرکز شوند.
