اثربخشی EEG بیوفیدبک بر سوگیری تعبیر، توجه متمرکز بر خود و شدت اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی EEG بیوفیدبک بر سوگیری تعبیر، توجه متمرکز بر خود و شدت اضطراب در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش با طرح نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون–پسآزمون با گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مراجعهکننده به مرکز روانشناسی «افق» در سال 2025 بود که از میان آنها 30 نفر بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 20 جلسه 45 دقیقهای (دو جلسه در هفته) مداخله EEG بیوفیدبک دریافت کرد، در حالی که گروه گواه در فهرست انتظار قرار داشت. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سوگیری تعبیر، مقیاس توجه متمرکز بر خود، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک و مقیاس GAD-7 بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) در نرمافزار SPSS-28 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله EEG بیوفیدبک موجب کاهش معنادار شدت اضطراب، توجه متمرکز بر خود و سوگیری تعبیر در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه شد (p<0.05). اندازه اثر برای کاهش شدت اضطراب 0.94، برای توجه متمرکز بر خود 0.96 و برای سوگیری تعبیر 0.99 گزارش شد که نشاندهنده اثرگذاری بسیار قوی مداخله است. این یافتهها بیانگر آن است که EEG بیوفیدبک تأثیر قابلتوجهی بر بهبود شاخصهای شناختی و بالینی مرتبط با اضطراب فراگیر دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، EEG بیوفیدبک میتواند بهعنوان یک رویکرد درمانی مؤثر در کاهش نشانههای اضطراب فراگیر و اصلاح فرآیندهای شناختی زیربنایی آن مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این مداخله از طریق آموزش خودتنظیمی فعالیت مغزی، توانسته است بهطور همزمان ابعاد شناختی و هیجانی اضطراب را بهبود بخشد و میتواند بهعنوان مکملی کارآمد در درمانهای روانشناختی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
