مرور و یکپارچه‌سازی شواهد عصب‌شناختی فراصفت پلاستیسیته در چارچوب نظریه سایبرنتیک پنج‌عاملی شخصیت: از همبسته‌های ناحیه‌ای تا سازمان شبکه‌ای مغز

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تبیین و یکپارچه‌سازی شواهد عصب‌شناختی مرتبط با فراصفت پلاستیسیته در چارچوب نظریه سایبرنتیک پنج‌عاملی شخصیت از طریق تلفیق یافته‌های مربوط به برون‌گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه و شبکه‌های بزرگ‌مقیاس مغزی است.

مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد مروری–تحلیلی انجام شد و مطالعات علوم اعصاب شناختی، تصویربرداری مغزی و پژوهش‌های علوم اعصاب شخصیت مرتبط با برون‌گرایی و گشودگی به تجربه گردآوری و در دو سطح ناحیه‌ای و شبکه‌ای تحلیل شدند؛ استخراج داده‌ها بر اساس نوع تکلیف، مرحله پردازش، الگوهای اتصال عملکردی و تفاوت‌های فردی صورت گرفت و یافته‌ها در چارچوب نظریه سایبرنتیک پنج‌عاملی سازمان‌دهی شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد برون‌گرایی عمدتاً با مدارهای پاداش و ارزش‌گذاری مرتبط است، اما اندازه اثرها کوچک و وابسته به بافت تکلیف‌اند؛ در مقابل، گشودگی به تجربه بیشتر با شبکه‌های شناختی پیشانی–آهیانه‌ای و تعامل شبکه پیش‌فرض و شبکه کنترل فرونتوپریتال همبستگی دارد؛ در سطح استنباطی، فراصفت پلاستیسیته نه به یک ناحیه منفرد بلکه به تعامل پویا میان شبکه حالت پیش‌فرض، شبکه فرونتوپریتال و شبکه برجستگی وابسته است و روابط صفت–مغز ماهیتی وابسته به وضعیت دارند.

نتیجه‌گیری: پلاستیسیته را می‌توان به‌عنوان ظرفیت شبکه‌ای مغز برای اکتشاف رفتاری و شناختی مفهوم‌سازی کرد که از بازپیکربندی انعطاف‌پذیر سامانه‌های انگیزشی و کنترلی ناشی می‌شود و بنابراین به‌جای یک امضای عصبی ثابت، به الگوهای تعامل چندشبکه‌ای وابسته است.
