اثربخشی اموزش خودتنظیمی بر طردشدگی، احترام خود در دانش اموزان با اختلال افسردگی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی اموزش خودتنظیمی بر طردشدگی، احترام خود در دانش اموزان با اختلال افسردگی انجام شد.

مواد و روش این پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی و طرح مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر، طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل ‌دانش‌آموزان با اختلال افسردگی منطقه 5 شهر تهران در سال 1403 بود و نمونه پژوهش تعداد 40 نفر دختر از دانش‌آموزان مدرسه دخترانه طلوع سبز بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه 50 دقیقه‌ای به صورت هفتگی، جلسات گروهی آموزش خودتنظیمی ‌شرکت کرد و گروه کنترل هیج مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه افسردگی  واحدی و همکاران (1387)، پرسشنامه طرد ویسل سارید و استرنبرگ (2012)، فرم ابتدایی سیاهة احترام خود باتل (2012) بود.

یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش­آزمون بین میانگین نمرات پس آزمون طرد از جانب همسالان، احترام خود در گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0.05>p).

نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان گفت آموزش خودتنظیمی ‌بر کاهش طردشدگی و افزایش احترام خود مؤثر بوده است.
