رابطه چندگانه کارکردهای تأملی، راهبردهای مقابله با استرس و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی با شادمانی زناشویی افراد متأهل

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش متغیرهای کارکردهای تأملی، راهبردهای مقابله استرس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در پیش بینی شادمانی زناشویی در افراد متأهل بود.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش افراد متأهل ساکن در شهر اصفهان در سه ماهه سوم 1403 بودند. تعداد 170 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه شادمانی زناشویی آزرین (1973)، پرسشنامه کارکرد تأملی (RFQ)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (MSPSS) و پرسشنامه سبکهای مقابله با استرس (CSQ) را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS26 و با روش تحلیل همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که متغیرهای کارکردهای تأملی، راهبردهای مقابله استرس و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با شادمانی زناشویی رابطه معنی داری داشته اند(05/0>p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که به ترتیب راهبردهای مقابلهای هیجان مدار، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، کارکردهای تأملی قطعیت، کارکرد تأملی عدم قطعیت و در نهایت راهبرد مقابلهای هیجان مدار، پیش بینی کننده شادمانی زناشویی افراد متأهل بودهاند (05/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: به این ترتیب متخصصان حوزه خانواده به منظور ارتقاء شادمانی زناشویی زوجین میبایست بر کارکردهای تأملی، راهبردهای مقابلهای و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده تمرکز کنند.
