اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری بر مشکلات روانشناختی و ذهن آگاهی افراد مبتلا به دیابت

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان - شناختی رفتاری بر مشکلات روانشناختی و ذهن آگاهی افراد مبتلا به دیابت، اجرا شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی شهررشت در سال 1403 بود. به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و از میان بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی شهررشت که جهت شرکت در پژوهش اعلام آمادگی نمودند، 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در یکی از گروههای آزمایشی یا گواه قرار گرفتند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش به تعداد 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای مورد درمان شناختی-رفتاری قرار گرفتند. آزمودنیهای گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. برای جمعآوری دادهها در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی فرایبورگ- فرم کوتاه استفاده شد. دادهها بوسیله نرمافزار SPSS26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که بین گروهها در پسآزمون مؤلفههای اضطراب، افسردگی، استرس و ذهن آگاهی تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (01 /0>P).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که درمان شناختی رفتاری توانست به میزان معناداری موجب کاهش اضطراب، افسردگی، استرس و افزایش ذهن آگاهی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت گردد.
