اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی بر مهارت‌های حل مسئله و خودمهارگری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی بر مهارت‌های حل مسئله و خودمهارگری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی شهر تهران است.

مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان دختر و پسر 7 تا 13 ساله ADHD مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک بهار شهر تهران در سال 1403 با میانگین سنی 04/12 است که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند 30 کودک ADHD به‌عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی 15 کودک در گروه آزمایش و 15 کودک در گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه یک‌ساعته تحت آموزش ذهنی سازی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار ماندند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه خودمهارگری وینبرگر و شوارتز (1990) و جهت سنجش حل مسئله در کودکان از 3 خرده مقیاس هوش عملی وکسلر که عبارت‌اند از: مازها، مکعب‌ها و حساب استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از اجرای پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS-V27 در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) انجام پذیرفت.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که میانگین نمرات حل مسئله گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌طور معناداری افزایش پیداکرده است، همچنین آموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی سازی باعث افزایش خودمهارگری کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه و بیش فعالی در گروه آزمایش‌شده است.

نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج می‌تواند به متخصصان و والدین کمک کند تا با درک بهتری از نیازهای روان‌شناختی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی، استراتژی‌های مناسب‌تری برای حمایت از آن‌ها توسعه دهند.
