اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خوشبینی و فرانگرانی در بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس

هدف: بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس در زندگی خود با چالشهای فراوانی از جمله در زمینههای کاهش خوشبینی و افزایش فرانگرانی مواجه هستند. در نتیجه، هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خوشبینی و فرانگرانی در بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس بود.
روششناسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش همه بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس دارای پرونده در انجمن اماس شهر اهواز در سال 1403 بودند. تعداد 40 نفر پس از بررسی ملاکهای ورود به مطالعه با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای با پروتکل درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد آموزش دید و گروه گواه در لیست انتظار برای آموزش ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه خوشبینی (شیئر و همکاران، 1994) و خردهمقیاس فرانگرانی (ولز و دیویس، 1994) بودند. دادههای این پژوهش با روشهای خیدو و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-25 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس گروههای آزمایش و گواه از نظر سن و تحصیلات تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0<P). همچنین، مداخله با روش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث افزایش خوشبینی و کاهش فرانگرانی در بیماران زن مبتلا به اماس شد (001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتاج این مطالعه، متخصصان و درمانگران سلامت میتوانند از روش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برای بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی بهویژه افزایش خوشبینی و کاهش فرانگرانی استفاه نمایند.
