اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر فرانگرانی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در بیماران سایکوسوماتیک مبتلا به میگرن

هدف: بیماران سایکوسوماتیک در زندگی با مشکلهای فراوانی بهویژه در زمینه فرانگرانی و انعطافپذیری شناختی روبرو هستند. بنابراین، پژوهش پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر فرانگرانی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در بیماران سایکوسوماتیک مبتلا به میگرن انجام شد.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش بیماران سایکوسوماتیک مبتلا به میگرن مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای روانپزشکی شهر اهواز در سال 1403 بودند. پس از بررسی معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، تعداد 40 نفر با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 60 دقیقهای تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفت و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای درمان ماند. ابزارهای پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه فرانگرانی (ولز و دیویس، 1994) و پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی (دنیس و وندروال، 2010) بودند. دادههای این پژوهش با روشهای خی دو و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-25 در سطح معناداری 05/0 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین بیماران سایکوسوماتیک مبتلا به میگرن گروههای آزمایش و کنترل از نظر جنسیت، تحصیلات و سن تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0<P). همچنین، درمان پذیرش و تعهد باعث کاهش فرانگرانی و افزایش انعطافپذیری شناختی در بیماران سایکوسوماتیک مبتلا به میگرن شد (001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتاج این مطالعه، متخصصان و درمانگران حوزه سلامت میتوانند از روش درمان پذیرش و تعهد در کنار سایر روشهای درمانی برای بهبود ویژگیهای روانشناختی بهویژه کاهش فرانگرانی و افزایش انعطافپذیری شناختی استفاه کنند.
