رابطه اضطراب اجتماعی و تنظیم هیجان با اعتیاد نوجوانان به گوشی هوشمند: نقش واسطهای اجتناب تجربی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط ساختاری اضطراب اجتماعی و تنظیم هیجان با اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند در نوجوانان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی اجتناب تجربی بود.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی و با طرح توصیفی-همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان دختر و پسر ۱۲ تا ۱۸ ساله شهر تهران بود که ۲۴۷ نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان، پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان و پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربی بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-26 و LISREL-8 تحلیل شدند و پیشفرضهای آماری و شاخصهای برازش مدل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد اضطراب اجتماعی و اجتناب تجربی اثر مستقیم و مثبت معنادار و تنظیم هیجان اثر مستقیم و منفی معنادار بر اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند دارند. همچنین، اجتناب تجربی نقش میانجی معناداری در رابطه بین اضطراب اجتماعی و اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند و نیز در رابطه بین تنظیم هیجان و اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند ایفا کرد. شاخصهای برازش مدل حاکی از برازش مطلوب مدل پیشنهادی با دادهها بودند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد اضطراب اجتماعی و نقص در تنظیم هیجان از طریق سازوکار اجتناب تجربی میتوانند زمینهساز شکلگیری و تداوم اعتیاد رفتاری به گوشی هوشمند در نوجوانان شوند. بنابراین، مداخلات مبتنی بر کاهش اجتناب تجربی و ارتقای مهارتهای تنظیم هیجان میتوانند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری و کاهش اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند داشته باشند.
