طراحی بسته آموزشی خودآگاهی نسبت به توانمندیهای فردی و پذیرش خویشتن مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب

هدف: هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی یک بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بهمنظور ارتقای خودآگاهی نسبت به توانمندیهای فردی و پذیرش خویشتن در نوجوانان بود.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. در گام نخست، با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون به شیوه قالب مضامین، متون علمی معتبر مرتبط با خودآگاهی، توانمندیهای فردی، پذیرش خویشتن و نظریه انتخاب بهصورت هدفمند گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. بر اساس مضامین استخراجشده، پیشنویس بسته آموزشی در قالب هشت جلسه یکساعته تدوین گردید. سپس بسته آموزشی بهصورت آزمایشی اجرا شد و اصلاحات لازم اعمال گردید. در مرحله اعتبارسنجی، روایی محتوایی بسته آموزشی با بهرهگیری از قضاوت خبرگان و با استفاده از شاخصهای کیفی و کمی روایی محتوایی و همچنین ارزیابی اعتبار بیرونی انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفههای استخراجشده از تحلیل مضمون از انسجام مفهومی مناسبی برخوردار بوده و با مبانی نظری نظریه انتخاب همراستا هستند. ارزیابی خبرگان حاکی از روایی محتوایی مطلوب، اعتبار بیرونی معنادار و قابلیت اجرای بسته آموزشی در محیطهای آموزشی واقعی بود. همچنین ساختار جلسات و محتوای آموزشی از نظر پوشش اهداف آموزشی، مناسب و کافی ارزیابی شد.
نتیجهگیری: بسته آموزشی طراحیشده میتواند بهعنوان یک مداخله آموزشی معتبر و کاربردی در جهت ارتقای خودآگاهی، پذیرش خویشتن و بهزیستی تحصیلی نوجوانان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
