اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری با رویکرد پذیرش و تعهد بر تعامل مادر-فرزند و تنیدگی فرزندپروری مادران دانشآموزان دارای اختلالات یادگیری

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر رویکرد پذیرش و تعهد بر تعامل مادر-فرزند و تنیدگی فرزندپروری مادران دانشآموزان دارای اختلالات یادگیری بود.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون–پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران دانشآموزان دارای اختلالات یادگیری مقطع ابتدایی شهر ساری در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بود. از میان افراد واجد شرایط، 30 مادر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعامل مادر-فرزند (CPRS) و پرسشنامه تنیدگی فرزندپروری نسخه کوتاه (PSI-SF) بود. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه دو ساعته آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد شرکت کرد، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری و چندمتغیری در نرمافزار SPSS-26 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که پس از کنترل نمرات پیشآزمون، بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در تعامل مادر-فرزند تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (F=14.235, p<0.001, η²=0.363). همچنین اثر مداخله بر مؤلفههای نزدیکی (F=99.097, p<0.001, η²=0.799)، تعارض (F=193.382, p<0.001, η²=0.886) و وابستگی (F=227.133, p<0.001, η²=0.901) معنادار بود. در زمینه تنیدگی فرزندپروری نیز نتایج نشان داد که آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش معنادار تنیدگی فرزندپروری (F=404.077, p<0.001, η²=0.942)، آشفتگی والدین (F=348.653, p<0.001, η²=0.933)، تعامل ناکارآمد والد-فرزند (F=137.559, p<0.001, η²=0.849) و کودک مشکلآفرین (F=103.147, p<0.001, η²=0.805) شده است.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد میتواند به عنوان رویکردی مؤثر در بهبود کیفیت تعامل مادر-فرزند و کاهش تنیدگی فرزندپروری مادران دانشآموزان دارای اختلالات یادگیری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این مداخله با افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، پذیرش هیجانهای دشوار و جهتدهی رفتارهای والدینی بر اساس ارزشهای فردی، زمینه ارتقای روابط خانوادگی و سلامت روان والدین را فراهم میکند.
