ارزیابی روش تلفیقی درمانگر–هوش مصنوعی در مراقبتهای سلامت روان: یک مرور سیستماتیک

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی، کاربردها، مزایا و چالشهای روش تلفیقی درمانگر–هوش مصنوعی در ارائه مراقبتهای سلامت روان انجام شد.
مواد و روش: این پژوهش به روش مرور سیستماتیک و مطابق با دستورالعمل PRISMA انجام شد. جستوجوی نظاممند مطالعات منتشرشده در فاصله سالهای 2015 تا 2026 در پایگاههای PubMed، Google Scholar، ScienceDirect، SID و Magiran با استفاده از ترکیب کلیدواژههای مرتبط با هوش مصنوعی، رواندرمانی، همکاری درمانگر–هوش مصنوعی، دستیار درمانگر، چتبات، همدرمانگر و همکاری انسان–هوش مصنوعی انجام گرفت. مطالعات اصیل فارسی یا انگلیسی که در آنها هوش مصنوعی بهعنوان ابزار پشتیبان درمانگر در مراقبتهای سلامت روان بررسی شده بود، وارد پژوهش شدند. پس از حذف موارد تکراری، غربالگری عنوان و چکیده و ارزیابی متن کامل، 11 مقاله واجد معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مربوط به طراحی پژوهش، نمونه، نوع مداخله، ابزار هوش مصنوعی و نتایج مطالعات استخراج، طبقهبندی و بهصورت روایی تلفیق شد.
یافتهها: تلفیق حمایت درمانی مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی با خدمات درمانگر، در مقایسه با ارائه متعارف مراقبت، با بهبود بیشتر پیامدهای بالینی، افزایش حضور و پایبندی به جلسات و کاهش ترک درمان همراه بود. این رویکرد ابراز هیجانها و تجربیات، برونسازی تجارب درونی، خودآگاهی و کاربرد مهارتهای مقابلهای و شناختی–رفتاری در زندگی روزمره را تسهیل کرد. در درمانگران و مشاوران نیز حمایت هوش مصنوعی موجب افزایش همدلی، خودکارآمدی، اعتمادبهنفس و شایستگی ادراکشده، بهبود کیفیت پاسخها، تسریع نگارش یادداشتهای بالینی و تقویت برنامهریزی و شخصیسازی تکالیف شد. بااینحال، نگرانیهایی درباره محرمانگی و امنیت دادهها، سوگیری، اتکای بیش از حد متخصصان کمتجربه و ضرورت نظارت انسانی گزارش شد.
نتیجهگیری: هوش مصنوعی، در صورت استفاده بهعنوان دستیار تحت نظارت درمانگر و نه جایگزین او، میتواند کیفیت، دسترسپذیری و کارایی مراقبتهای مبتنی بر شواهد را ارتقا دهد؛ بااینحال، کاربرد ایمن آن مستلزم نظارت حرفهای، چارچوبهای اخلاقی و حفاظت مؤثر از دادههاست.
