تدوین مدل علی کیفیت زندگی بر اساس توانایی حلمسأله با نقش واسطهای خودکارآمدی درد در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان برازش مدل علی کیفیت زندگی بر اساس توانایی حلمسأله، با نقش واسطهای خودکارآمدی درد، با استفاده از مدل تجربی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بود. مواد و روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، جزء تحقیقات کاربردی-بنیادی و از لحاظ اجرا، پژوهشی توصیفی است که از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده میکند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی افرادی بود که در پاییز سال 2023 به کلینیکهای درمان سرطان در سنندج مراجعه کرده بودند و مبتلا به سرطان تشخیص داده شده بودند. اندازه نمونه با استفاده از نرمافزار G*Power و با در نظر گرفتن سطح آلفای ۰.۰۵، توان آماری ۰.۹۰، اندازه اثر ۰.۱۵ و یک متغیر پیشبین و یک متغیر میانجی، ۱۸۶ نفر برآورد شد. افراد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و ابزارهای پژوهش بر روی آنان اجرا گردید. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد کیفیت زندگی، خودکارآمدی درد و توانایی حلمسأله بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار Amos تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر توانایی حلمسأله بر کیفیت زندگی (β = 0.369، p ≤ 0.001)، اثر خودکارآمدی درد بر کیفیت زندگی (β = 0.267، p ≤ 0.001)، اثر توانایی حلمسأله بر خودکارآمدی درد (β = 0.426، p ≤ 0.001) و اثر میانجی خودکارآمدی درد در رابطه بین توانایی حلمسأله و کیفیت زندگی (β = 0.113، p ≤ 0.001) همگی مثبت و معنادار بودند. شاخص برازش مدل برابر با 0.31 بود که نشاندهنده برازش قوی مدل است. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهند که توانایی حلمسأله بهطور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (از طریق خودکارآمدی درد) نقش مؤثری در ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان ایفا میکند. همچنین تأثیر مثبت و معنادار خودکارآمدی درد بر کیفیت زندگی بر اهمیت مداخلات روانشناختی در مدیریت درد و بهبود سازگاری بیماران تأکید میکند. برازش مناسب مدل نیز استفاده از این چارچوب علی را بهعنوان مبنای نظری و عملی برای طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی و برنامههای توانبخشی جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران سرطانی تأیید میکند.
