چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر کاهش گرایش به رفتارهای پرخطر و اهمال‌کاری و افزایش جهت‌گیری خوش‌بینانه نسبت به زندگی در نوجوانان دارای تعارض با والدین بود.

مواد و روش: این پژوهش به شیوه تمام‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان پایه یازدهم و دوازدهم مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 1402–1401 بود که از میان آنان 45 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در سه گروه (پذیرش و تعهد، ذهن‌آگاهی و کنترل) هر کدام 15 نفر گمارده شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس خطرپذیری نوجوانان ایرانی، آزمون تجدیدنظرشده جهت‌گیری زندگی و مقیاس اهمال‌کاری تاکمن بود. دو پروتکل مداخله‌ای در 10 جلسه هفتگی (90 دقیقه برای پذیرش و تعهد و 75 دقیقه برای ذهن‌آگاهی) اجرا شد. داده‌ها با تحلیل واریانس عاملی مختلط تحلیل گردید.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس عاملی مختلط نشان داد اثر اصلی زمان و اثر تعاملی زمان × گروه بر رفتارهای پرخطر، جهت‌گیری زندگی و اهمال‌کاری معنادار است (P<0.05). همچنین اثر اصلی گروه بر هر سه متغیر وابسته معنادار بود. آزمون تعقیبی توکی نشان داد هر دو مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل موجب کاهش معنادار رفتارهای پرخطر و اهمال‌کاری و افزایش معنادار جهت‌گیری زندگی شدند، در حالی که بین دو گروه آزمایشی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری:یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد هر دو رویکرد مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و ذهن‌آگاهی در بهبود شاخص‌های سلامت روان نوجوانان دارای تعارض با والدین مؤثر بوده و می‌توان از آن‌ها به عنوان مداخلات کارآمد برای کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر و اهمال‌کاری و تقویت خوش‌بینی استفاده کرد.
