هدف: هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و پایبندی بر تنظیم‌هیجان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعال/نقص توجه شهر آمل بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک طرح نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه‌گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل کلیه کودکان دبستانی 7 تا 11 ساله مبتلا به ADHD همراه با مادران آن‌ها در شهر آمل در سال 1400-1399 بودند که از این جامعه 45 نفر، به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایشی آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی (15 نفر)، گروه‌آزمایشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و پایبندی (15 نفر) و گروه‌گواه (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. افراد نمونه پرسشنامه‌های تنظیم‌هیجان گارنفسکی (گارنفسکی و همکاران، 2001) را تکمیل نمودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل‌کوواریانس چندمتغیره و یک‌متغیره، آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی در نرم‌افزار SPSS-24 استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی و روش پذیرش و پایبندی در بهبود روش‌های تنظیم‌هیجان کودکان دارای اختلال بیش‌فعال/نقص توجه بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به مؤثربودن آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و پایبندی بر تنظیم‌هیجان، روانشناسان و مشاوران مراکز خدمات روان‌درمانی و مشاوره می‌توانند از این رویکردها جهت کاهش اختلال بیش‌فعال/نقص توجه استفاده کنند.
