مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه تقویت بنیان خانواده (SFP) و آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر سبک هویت نوجوانان 13 تا 14 سال

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی برنامه تقویت بنیان خانواده (SFP) و آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر سبک هویت نوجوانان ۱۳ تا ۱۴ سال بود.
مواد و روش: روش تحقیق نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان مدارس متوسطه شهر بیرجند در سال ۱۴۰۳ بود. نمونهای ۴۵ نفره بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در سه گروه آموزش ذهنآگاهی، آموزش بنیان خانواده و کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر مداخله شامل ۸ جلسه هفتگی ۲ ساعته بود و پرسشنامه سبکهای هویت پیش، پس و در پیگیری سهماهه اجرا شد. تحلیل دادهها با آزمون اندازهگیری مکرر انجام شد.
یافتهها: تحلیلها نشان دادند که تفاوت معناداری بین سه گروه در سبکهای هویت اطلاعاتی، هنجاری، تعهدی و اجتنابی وجود داشت (۰.۰۰۱< p). اثر تعامل زمان × گروه در تمام سبکهای هویت معنادار بود. آموزش بنیان خانواده بیشترین اثر را بر سبک هنجاری داشت، در حالیکه ذهنآگاهی بیشتر بر کاهش سبک اجتنابی مؤثر بود. اثرات پایدار مداخلات در پیگیری نیز مشاهده شد، گرچه در برخی موارد کاهش یافت.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهند که هر دو مداخله میتوانند سبکهای هویتی نوجوانان را بهبود دهند، اما آموزش بنیان خانواده در بستر فرهنگی ایران اثر عمیقتری بر سبک هویت هنجاری دارد. این تفاوت را میتوان به ساختارگرایی سبک هنجاری و وابستگی آن به روابط خانوادگی نسبت داد، در حالی که ذهنآگاهی عمدتاً بر خودتنظیمی فردی تمرکز دارد.
