چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت متمرکز بر خود و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر کاهش اضطراب، افسردگی و خودانتقادی در زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود.

مواد و روش: این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. نمونه‌ای متشکل از 30 زن مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه‌های آزمایشی به مدت ده جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به ترتیب تحت مداخله شناختی رفتاری (بر اساس مدل بورکوک) و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت (بر اساس مدل گیلبرت) قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد اضطراب بک، افسردگی بک و خودانتقادی تامپسون و همکاران بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد هر دو مداخله به‌طور معناداری منجر به کاهش اضطراب، افسردگی و خودانتقادی در شرکت‌کنندگان شدند. با این حال، مداخله شناختی رفتاری اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر شفقت در کاهش متغیرهای مذکور نشان داد. مقایسه میانگین‌ها در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و تحلیل‌های کوواریانس تفاوت معنادار بین گروه‌ها را تأیید کرد (p<0.05)، و مقدار اتای جزئی برای هر متغیر نشان‌دهنده اندازه اثر متوسط تا قوی بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که هر دو درمان CFT و CBT در بهبود علائم اختلال اضطراب فراگیر مؤثر هستند، اما CBT در کاهش اضطراب، افسردگی و خودانتقادی کارآمدتر عمل می‌کند. از این رو، می‌توان بهره‌گیری ترکیبی از این رویکردها را در مراکز مشاوره برای ارتقای بهداشت روان زنان توصیه کرد.
