تدوین الگوی تعادل خانواده-کار در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت و حفاری

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی تعادل خانواده-کار در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت و حفاری طراحی و اجرا شد. مواد و روش‌: این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد (Grounded Theory) انجام شده است. روش تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس رویکرد اشتراوس و کوربین صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با زوجین در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت جمع‌آوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به‌منظور استخراج مفاهیم و الگوی تعادل خانواده-کار در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت و حفاری انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتیجه این مطالعه الگوی تعادل خانواده-کار در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت و حفاری با شش کد انتخابی و 22 کد محوری استخراج گردید که شامل: پدیده محوری (یاریگری هیجانی – عاطفی، مدیریت موازی کار-خانواده و سازش با نقش‌های چندگانه)، شریط علی (حمایت سازمانی، سازگاری نقش در شغل و عدالت سازمانی)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (فرهنگ سازمانی-اجتماعی حمایتگر خانواده، شفافیت سازمانی، انعطاف شغلی و جذابیت شغلی)، عوامل مداخله‌گر (حفظ تعاملات اجتماعی خانواده، حفظ توان تأمین‌گری، بارکاری متعادل و سازگاری درک شده)، راهبردها (نگه‌داشت انرژی مورد نیاز خانواده، وقت شناسی، مدیریت مشارکتی امور خانواده، گفتمان خانوادگی به موقع و توسعه نظام اداری الکترونیک) و پیامدها (فرزند پروری مؤثر، زندگی رضایت بخش و ایفای تعهدات شغلی) می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه این مطالعه نشان داده شد که خانواده‌ها و مسئولین می‌بایست برای ایجاد تعادل خانواده-کار در خانواده‌های اقماری شرکت نفت و حفاری، رویکردی پویا و استراتژیک داشته باشند. و با در نظر گرفتن پدیده‌ها و رویکردهای راهبردی و مداخله‌گر شناسایی شده در این مطالعه در پی ایجاد تعادل خانواده-کار در این خانواده‎ها باشند.
