مقایسه اثر بخشی هیپنوتراپی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تجربه شدت درد در بیماران مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا درشهر تهران

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی هیپنوتراپی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر تجربه شدت درد در بیماران مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا در شهر تهران بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری سه‌ماهه بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۴۵ بیمار مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا بود که به‌صورت در دسترس از مراکز درمانی شهر تهران انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه پانزده‌نفره (ACT، هیپنوتراپی، و کنترل) جایگزین شدند. مداخلات طی هشت جلسه برای گروه ACT و ده جلسه برای گروه هیپنوتراپی اجرا شد، در حالی‌که گروه کنترل تنها درمان دارویی پایه را دریافت کرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه درد مک‌گیل (MPQ) در سه مرحله گردآوری و با آزمون‌های مانکوا و بنفرونی تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون مانکوا نشان داد که در تمامی ابعاد تجربه درد شامل ادراک حسی، ادراک عاطفی، ادراک ارزیابی و دردهای متنوع، تفاوت معناداری میان گروه‌ها در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری مشاهده شد (01/0>p). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی نیز نشان داد که در مرحله پیگیری، تفاوت معناداری میان گروه ACT و هیپنوتراپی در بیشتر ابعاد درد مشاهده شد (01/0>p) و گروه ACT عملکرد درمانی پایدارتر و اثربخش‌تری نسبت به هیپنوتراپی داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: هر دو روش هیپنوتراپی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش تجربه شدت درد در بیماران مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا مؤثر بودند، با این حال درمان ACT اثربخشی پایدارتر و برتری نسبی در مرحله پیگیری نشان داد و می‌تواند به‌عنوان رویکرد اول در مداخلات روان‌شناختی در نظر گرفته شود.
