تبیین روابط علی بین حساسیت اضطرابی و استحکام من با بهزیستی روان شناختی در دانشجویان براساس نقش میانجیگر حافظه هیجانی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط علی بین حساسیت اضطرابی و استحکام من با بهزیستی روانشناختی در دانشجویان، با نقش میانجیگری حافظه هیجانی بود.
مواد و روش: پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و در چارچوب مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 350 دانشجوی ساکن تهران بود که بهصورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف، حساسیت اضطرابی فلوید، حافظه هیجانی و استحکام من بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS 24 و روش برآورد بیشینه احتمال انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مدل ساختاری نشان داد که حساسیت اضطرابی تأثیر مستقیم و منفی معناداری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دارد (β=-0.250, p=0.005)، درحالیکه استحکام من بهطور مستقیم و مثبت بر آن تأثیرگذار است (β=0.284, p=0.012). همچنین حافظه هیجانی رابطه بین هر دو متغیر پیشبین و بهزیستی روانشناختی را بهصورت معناداری میانجیگری کرد. بهطور مشخص، حافظه هیجانی اثر منفی و معناداری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی داشت (β=-0.369, p=0.001). مدل نهایی توانست 52 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی را تبیین کند (R²=0.52).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد که تقویت استحکام من و مداخلاتی جهت بهبود مدیریت حافظه هیجانی میتواند نقش مؤثری در ارتقاء بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان داشته باشد و در برنامههای سلامت روان دانشگاهی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
