پیشبینی رفتار خوردن بر اساس سلامت روان و رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت در دختران نوجوان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن

هدف: چاقی و اضافه وزن بر روی رفتارهای خوردن بهویژه در دوره نوجوانی تاثیر میگذارد. بنابراین، هدف این مطالعه پیشبینی رفتار خوردن بر اساس سلامت روان و رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت در دختران نوجوان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن بود.
مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه این پژوهش همه دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه چاق و دارای اضافه وزن شهرستان چالوس در سال تحصیلی 4-1403 بودند که 200 نفر از آنها با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مطالعه حاضر شامل فرم اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامه رفتار خوردن داچ (ون استرین و همکاران، 1986)، مقیاس سلامت روان (نجاریان و داودی، 1380) و پروفایل سبکزندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت (والکر و همکاران، 1995) بودند. دادههای این پژوهش با روشهای ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل همزمان در نرمافزار SPSS-25 تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که بین نمره سلامت روان و رفتار خوردن در دختران نوجوان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن همبستگی مثبت و معنادار و بین نمره رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت و رفتار خوردن در آنان همبستگی منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (001/0P<). همچنین، متغیرهای سلامت روان و رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت بهطور معناداری توانستند 54 درصد از تغییرهای رفتار خوردن در آنان را پیشبینی نمایند که در این پیشبینی سهم سلامت روان بیشتر از رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت بود (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج مذکور، جهت کاهش رفتار خوردن نامطلوب میتوان از طریق کارگاههای آموزشی زمینه را برای بهبود سلامت روان و رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت در گروههای آسیبپذیر از جمله دختران نوجوان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن فراهم نمود.
