اثربخشی طرحواره‌درمانی تلفیق‌شده با تحریک مستقیم مغزی از طریق جمجمه(tDCS)  بر تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی در افراد دارای نشانه‌های افسردگی

چکیده

هدف: این مطالعه بررسی می‌کند که چگونه ترکیب طرحواره‌درمانی با تحریک مستقیم مغزی از طریق جمجمه (tDCS) می‌تواند این حوزه‌ها را بهبود ببخشد.

مواد و روش‌: این پژوهش از طرح نیمه‌آزمایشی با ارزیابی‌های پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده کرد. در مجموع، ۴۵ شرکت‌کننده به‌صورت تصادفی در یکی از سه گروه زیر قرار گرفتند: طرحواره‌درمانی، طرحواره‌درمانی +  tDCS و گروه کنترل (بدون دریافت درمان) گروه‌های آزمایشی در ۱۰ جلسه گروهی طرحواره‌درمانی شرکت کردند، در حالی که یکی از گروه‌ها ۵ جلسه فردی tDCS نیز دریافت کرد. گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (DERS) و مقیاس نقص کارکردهای اجرایی بارکلی (BDEFS) جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که گروه‌های آزمایشی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، پیشرفت معناداری در تنظیم هیجان و کارکردهای اجرایی داشتند (p<0.01). به‌ویژه، گروهی که هم طرحواره‌درمانی و هم tDCS دریافت کرده بود، بهبودهای چشمگیری در هر دو حوزه نشان داد، با اندازه اثر بزرگ. تحلیل‌های پس‌هنگام نیز تأثیرگذاری بالای این مداخله ترکیبی را در رفع نقص‌های هیجانی و شناختی تأیید کرد.

نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه بر اهمیت ترکیب تحریک عصبی با روان‌درمانی برای دستیابی به نتایج بهینه تأکید دارد. پژوهش‌های آینده باید بر بررسی ماندگاری تأثیرات این روش، مکانیزم‌های احتمالی آن و کاربردهای بالینی گسترده‌تر این مداخله نوآورانه تمرکز کنند.
