پیشبینی عملکرد اجرایی دختران دبستانی براساس ویژگیهای روانشناختی مادر (نشخوار فکری ، ویژگیهای شخصیتی مادر و بخشش) شهر فلاورجان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش¬بینی عملکرد اجرایی براساس ویژگیهای روانشناختی مادر (بخشش، ویژگیهای شخصیت و نشخوار فکری) با عملکرد اجرایی دختران دبستانی شهر فلاورجان انجام شد.
روششناسی: جامعه آماری کلیه دختران دبستانی شهر فلاورجان و مادارن¬شان بود. نمونه آماری شامل 165 دختر دبستانی بود که به شکل تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مادران آنها کلیه پرسشنامه¬ها را تکمیل کردند. ابزارهای پزوهش عبارت بود از عملکرد اجرایی (بریف، 2000)، بخشش (تامپسون، 2005)، ویژگیهای شخصیت نئو (کاستا و مک¬کرا، 1992) و نشخوارفکری (یوسفی، 1386) بود.
یافتهها: داده¬های پژوهش در دو سطح توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی ( همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام به گام و ورود) تحلیل شدند کلیه محاسبات به کمک نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند که بین کلیه متغیرهای پیش¬بین به جز برون¬گرایی، تجربه¬گرایی، توافق¬پذیری و وجدان¬گرایی مادر سایر متغیرها با عملکرد اجرایی رابطه معنادار دارند و نشخوار فکری مادر توان پیش¬بینی عملکرد اجرایی دختران دبستانی را دارد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می¬توان گفت تغییرات در بخشش، روان¬رنجوری و نشخوار فکری مادارن با تغییرات عملکرد اجرایی دختران دبستانی همراه است.
